CONNECT

CONNECT provides social framework for people with dementia and their carers. Practical information and support is provided through regular fortnightly meetings (alternate Thursdays) and a creative outings and entertainments programme.

CONNECT in Song

CONNECT & CONNECT in Song are run in association with Churches Together in Effingham and Little Bookham. Come for an hour of happy singing on the first Tuesday afternoon of every month.
